WORKMEN’S COMPENSATION

    – Report the accident immediately (within 10 days) to Inter Gig and Labour Department.
    – Submit the necessary information to the Labour Department / Inter Gig as stipulated under the regulation
    – Complete and return to LD / Inter Gig the FWCS Claim Form, which can be obtained from any of LD branches together with necessary claims documents
    – Compensation for on-the-job accident will be paid within 7 working days from the date of receipt of the assessment prepared by the Labour Department
